We are committed to stand with our associated cities and learn together in ways that maximize each of our unique Kingdom roles. We are always looking for tangible ways to build mutually beneficial and reciprocal partnerships with others. Our "Let's Partner" network allows local leaders to join forces regionally and utilize tools, resources and expertise that we are developing within our Kingdom Causes association of cities.

Three "Let's Partner" network levels for cities:

1. Conversation level
2. Capacity-building level
3. Collaboration level

The "Let's Partner" network is made up of specialized organizations and also those with broad citywide focus. We only have one organization/effort from a city, we consider that group to be the city's Kingdom Causes "Let's Partner" liaison. When there are two or more organizations/efforts from a city represented in the "Let's Partner" network, we encourage them to each join as individual members, but work together in order to provide maximum local synergy.

1. Conversation level
       We host bi-monthly roundtables in order to provide context for valuable conversations centered on our 6 key
    city-transformation questions.
        Benefits:   Shared learnings, best practices and new friendships

2. Capacity-building level - Ongoing coaching, training & shared learning
       We provide ongoing capacity-building, training and technical support for "Let's Partner" member cities.
        Benefits: (in addition to #1 conversation level)
                           Organizational action planning
                           2 hours of bi-monthly coaching

3. Collaboration level - Regional Partnership
        We establish defined regional partnerships of city leaders that are committed to shared learning, regional
         measuring, ongoing result tracking and collaborative efforts toward sustainability of our collective work.
         Benefits: (in addition to #1 conversation and #2 capacity-building levels)
                            Organizational Results Based Management System
                          4 hours of on-site monthly coaching
                         Kingdom Causes website promotion of events & activities
                           Collaborative grant proposals
                             Additional resources as available: various gifts-in-kind, sub-grants, etc.

*There are no costs associated with a level #1 partnership other than the minimal meal and materials costs per roundtable. There are monthly membership dues for levels #2 and #3. There are also discounted training/coaching rates available for #2 and #3 level partners for any additional trainings that we offer.
