1. Prayer (How are people praying?): We call people to pray for their city. We believe that the greatest source of inspiration comes from on high. We encourage people to pray the prayer that Jesus taught by saying, 'Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth (my city) as it is in heaven'. Trainings available: Building and implementing citywide/multi-denominational prayer efforts/gatherings, writing and distributing prayer points for the city, choosing a catalytic prayer leader, how pastors and prayer leaders can collaborate.
2. Storytelling (How are stories of hope and transformation beng told?): Stories are powerful. We encourage people to look for what God is doing and to tell others about it. We share these stories of hope through our website, organizational publications, and at local gatherings. Trainings available: Collecting and telling stories of God's hope and love for cities and people.

3. Church of the City (How is the Church of the City networked and pursuing unity?): We work to build relational bridges and trust among Christians in a city (John 17). We desire to bring those in similiar spheres of influence (vocation, community role) together so they might spur one another on to love and good deeds. Trainings available: Connecting congregations and building unity.
Trainings available: Discovering and engaging in key city conversations, engaging your church and community, engaging in listening conversations and networking 101, connecting, cooperating and building collaborative dialogues and networks (collaboration training), understanding leverage; knowing how to use it without using others and without being used.
4. City Conversations (Where is the City having conversations to address key community concerns and is the Church involved?): We identify where key conversations are happening citywide. We want to help people engage in strategic dialogue as community stakeholders. This is where strengths may be built upon, resources shares and key information disseminated.

5. Local Causes (What local causes/Kingdom causes need to be rallied around?): We rally people at the local level around causes. We seek to provide information, opportunties for involvement and a strategic task force for each identified local area of concern in order to develop and implement tangible solutions. Trainings available: Discovering the local causes (areas of need) in the city, connecting opportunities and resources around local causes.
6.Community Development (How are neighbors working together to develop their community?): We help discover and realize the hopes and dreams of neighbors. We are committed to the empowerment of our city's neighborhoods by utilizing the assets that already exist in them. Our goal is to release the tremendous power of "We". Trainings available: Understanding the power of Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), partnering with and empowering local neighbors/neighborhoods.
